It can feel like that @outlander ..... and your feelings are certainly valid ..... but we also have to be able to manage, to function, and part of that is to maintain an overall perspective ..... acknowledge your feelings, but also move parst them to how you are going to manage moving forward.

Im panicing because hes going to his mates house and im worried itll happen again

Warn the mate @outlander. Stay with him if you can at his mate's house. If not, you will just have to trust that he will be safe for this period of time, and hope that is the case.
