They're settings up palliative care for Dad, nothing more they can do, my darling Dad and Mum 😭

I'm holding it together although I should add my boy has a s plan as late as last night and we have had tears around that too now since I posted.

He doesn't have an up to date safety plan, I'm wondering if you have advice please to help me sit with him to do one?
