Thankyou @rav3n, you really don't know how much strength it took to step away from here. Yesterday I couldn't even login as I knew it's not the space I needed to be in. Today I'm feeling a little better and looking at some of the posts to see if I can reply. I saw my doctor yesterday and have something I'd like to talk about but I'm still unsure how I'm supposed to put a recovery focused thing on it. I know connecting would help so I'm just trying to ease my way back into things.
