@NightFury that's completely ok, I've missed many posts recently due to either missed notifications or just struggling to keep up with them all. 

 

Puzzle is slow progress, I'm just doing small bits at a time at the moment. I was talking to AuntGlow about looking into the guided recovery program for some support. 

 

Can imagine you would be tired, you have done so well and I'm so proud of you sweet. I hope the creating of the PowerPoint and video goes ok for you over the weekend. Remember to take some time for self care in between things ❤️.

 

I hear you with the early morning starts, getting back into routine is tricky. The Christmas holidays i find are the worst cos its such a long break. 

 

Talking to the psychologist about the possibility of ocd is a big step, but remember you're in control of what and how much you want to share. You don't have to decide right now, maybe see how you feel closer to the appointment.

I kind of feel the same here sometimes @Dreamy it can be hard to keep up and I get so lost sometimes when there's more than one or twp people involved in a conversation. 

 

I hear ya on the slowly progressing puzzle. Mine is the same. I did a little on it this week so far, but it's three quarters done. I just need a second of spare time to finish it. 

 

I haven't had a lot of time for self care. 

 

Yeah, we'll see what happens during the appointment. I'll get the results of the neurodivergence screeners I did, so we'll have that to talk about and the break in...

@NightFury yes it can get pretty full on with several people communicating at once especially in one thread. 

 

Oh you are getting closer to being done, I've been finding a few pieces a day lately, just haven't gotten into a rhythm with it. 

 

Even just having a cuppa, something to eat or cuddles with Luna counts as self care, doesn't need to be anything big ❤️.

 

Yes there's lots to talk about during the appointment. Hope it all goes ok my sweet ❤️

I don't feel good today. I've woken up with a headache and I'm feeling super anxious to the point where I physically feel yuck. Hope it calms during the day.

I'm doing ok, like you feeling a bit of anxiety and feeling uneasy. I will try to get some rest after I've done my morning routine.
