Am Not Coping

ohh my sister @Zoe7 

no work today because of rain

cleaned mum`s house today , also the physio, the nurse and the meals on wheels came to mum`s

and I got the transition team and my mum back on track again ( mum told them she id not need them anymore ) -- arrrrrrgggg

and now i have a sprained ankle , I tried resting it this afternoon ,  until i get up and walk - ouch

It is great to hear yur mum is accepting help again - that must be a relief for you

it is a relief @Zoe7  and then my aunty went up my mum this morning ( her sister ) for what she tried to do by herself this morning

I also got a unexpectanted phone call for mum to see the memory clinic , but she cancelled that appt ( I will leave that one for later )

like a planet landed on me @Shaz51  lol somehow whole back/neck out been bath/bed/bath today, have big hopes for feeling better tomorrow

also at the moment mum`s leg needs redressing every secon day at the hospital
