Did I mention recently going to a funeral for a forest?
My mood has been low, but it is partly still about my taking stock of life. My support worker and I had another great 3 hour session and my physio is very helpful, telling me I have done enough work and need to rest. After she tests my fitness on the cross trainer at the gym. I am familiar with them and found them most useful in my old gym days, as I could not elevate heart rate on walker, and could not run due to high impact on my neck. She is good and thorough. They both are.
@Zoe7I had to phone spt wkr organisation today and I gave a good rep to her boss. Saying she delivers more than she costs, unlike some. NDIS is very cost and budget oriented.
@Bunniekins We love you here as Plane Jane ... or Posy Rosy. Can be good to have a mix.
