Yeah, I'm understanding why they might have wanted me in hospital, but still, wasn't going to happen. So, will deal with it.
The allergies are many, unfortunately. It's possible to have a blood test to determine allergies too. 4 allergy tests on each testing. You name the allergies you want tested, they do it for you. Unfortunatley, really too many to list, and identifying due to the peculiar nature of them. I can't eat out, and there's very few take aways I can trust not to cross contaminate with something.
One of the most overlooked allergiies there is is an allergy to latex, it's in many, many things, and it crosses into foods too. Lots of health workers who wear gloves develop it over time too. The vampires I go to only have latex free now which is a real step forward. 
@Snowieokish is ok it started off a boring day but kept having panic attacks and very low on energy tonight. might overdone it on a few threads today- commented on a few newer ones but mgihtve been a little bit too mcuh atm. am ok though besides jsut really tired and sore
It is a seriously serious pain in the proverbial @outlander and sometimes I just want to give up, but the results from not sticking to the safe foods is not worth it.
Look it up online hon, I've wondered if there might be relevance to your situation at times.
