Hi @outlander Thanks for supporting me here and there all over the forum. You are very thoughtful.
Could it be women's issues (endometriosis) or is def gut related?
Do you get enough probiotics, yoghurts etc for good gut health?

i wouldnt be impressed with chickens going off their nut early in the morning, or any time of the day for that matter lol
i agree 100% - if you do own a pet, you have to be considerate of your neighbours.

im not really doing any better but im not doing worse. jsut sitting on bleh atm @Bella1978 hope your mums appt went well?
@Former-Memberthe meditation is so long. i can usually only focus for a few minutes at a time. i mgiht need to find a shorter one....,
@Appleblossomyour more than welcome. ive had a few tests for womens issues and its come back clear so its all ruled out. they just keep telling me its a stomach ulcer as i match alot of the symptoms however ive never know my entire abdomen to be so horrid and painful. so much i end up on fllor quite alot. sometimes i dont even know where the pains coming from as it radiataes from my chest to my back to my hips and everywhere in between. feels like my abdomen is going to explode. im on constant antacids which help just abit for the reflux but not much else. i dont like yoghurt but i have a pretty good diet with fresh fruits, veg, meats, small amounts of carbs with the occassional sugary thing like a chocolate or fizzy type drink. i do have quite abit of milk some days as well.

hi @Shaz51 i thought you might 'get it' if you seen that post.
i know its hard on him too. it surprises me sometimes how much independence he has but still needs monitoring as well
atm the recent arguments arent over his independence its over the things i do, or the internet ( he keeps going on random sites and trying to use ebay and facebook etc.) i have to monitor everything but the stupid thing is his plan covers the internet so i cant just turn it off. he is on facebook and his phone more then me! he has his own facebook account which is ok and i monitor and he mostly looks at car parts but he clicks on random sites then expects me to find them but they arent the normal sites so ive asked him to stop going onto anything else other than facebook and ebay (he has no account on ebay and can easily click off it) he gets upset with me then causes an argument.
i get abit frustrated sometimes trying to explain things to him constantly then he goes over my head and asks someone else who then gives him another answer then i get in trouble for it. they dont know the situation my pop jsut likes to go around telling everyone how shite i am like at the birthday event a few weeks ago.
ive approached him about it but he denies it or says well you wouldnt help me now would you but i explained everything i could.
he has these really annoying habits which i rarely say anything about like really loud random whistiling or when he ahs nothign to say he has these phrases but sings them. he missed working on the cars but he still does bits and pieces when he can but when he cant or i ask him to be careful he takes it out on me.
i repeat and he repeats the same thing quite a few times each day. i sugested he join a seniors group- he said no, i said what about a car club- nope, what about another hobby- nope , want to come walking with me- nope, want to come to the library- nope- music group- nope.
he occupies himself with his own music, cars and seeing his friends most days so i guess thats still ok.
i dont know Shaz, if i left then no one else would help which is rather sad but tis taking its toll on top of everything else. i try to let everything go because he is getting older and trying to adjsut etc but its hard.
@Shaz51 edit: forgot to ask if you get like that sometimes and how you manage it?

@Former-Member Thank you. I just did that meditation. I would not have survived without a meditation practise over the last 30 years. Always open to learn tho.
@outlander Maybe look at some of the mindfulness exercises that are around 5 minutes and slowly build up time.
Doctors can only do so much. Sometimes a lot of spicy foods can generate heart burn. I used to be a big milk person but have cut down a lot. You have to find a diet that suits you. Read up and trial and error. In the end you will know your body better than the average doctor. If you really dont think this is a good one. Go to another clinic.
Take care ALL
