Re: rough time

Thanks for your concern @Former-Member. I will discuss it with my psych today.

Re: rough time

I got 2 hrs sleep been up since 5am. I rang gp and i cant get in to see any of the drs there at all until next week
@Former-Member
I still struggle to be here and i dont know how im going to cope at home today. I guess its a matter of minute by minute for now.
I am extremely shaky atm so wont be able to move all that much.

Re: rough time

@outlander My mum cant sleep well and she uses a very strong sleeping pill which unfortunately due to rules I cannot advise you to ask for it but really it is a good one ... *sigh* I dont understand that rule at all.

Re: rough time

Its ok @Bunniekins
Who knows where ill end up. I cant ring helplines either as they will send someone around.
I feel like a train wreck

Re: rough time

@outlanderis there another gp around that you could see. I know it is not ideal to see someone new, but anything has to be better than nothing.

Just take it minute by minute today, do you need to do aything today at all?

@Bunniekinsyes sometimes it is tricky when we cannot mention that....

Re: rough time

@outlander Do you think you should go to hospital emergency?

Re: rough time

Im not sure @Former-Member i tried 2 gps surguries but none avaliable there either. So all 10 that i thought i could see i cant.
Nno not that i know of today. I really cant manage it anyway.

I dont know @Bunniekins i dont want to go back there and if i go there they will keep me.

Re: rough time

@outlander Just dont leave it till you totally collapse and then they will keep you in hospital ...
