Good morning my love, I am hoping your night was ok. I am off to work soon, a bit sad I that I won't actually get to chat with you this morning. 😞

My night wasn't so bad, I think I was so exhausted that I might have actually not had a nightmare last night. 👏👏 Still woke up a few times though. 

I am not going to lie, my anxiety is extremely high, I will actually have to deal with residents this morning and it's freaking me out.

I can't do it Lee, I have been sitting in the car park since 7:30, think I had an anxiety attack and passed out because I lost time. 

I have done my breathing but now I am too scared to go in and to scared to drive home. I got to move in one direction either way but can't.
