Re: Ditching the Ciggers

thanks @eth guess I left it til no option but to stop. So not stopping is not an option lol anyway what i told my younger self last time quit was well, cant throw away say 6 days now, but its different now. It's done with.

Re: Ditching the Ciggers

You must be feeling quite liberated by now @TAB.  Free of the dependence and all the consequences of doing it.  You are inspiring me.  Each time we chat I go longer between cigs.  So far the packet I have now has lasted 13 days so I am improving gradually.

Re: Ditching the Ciggers

far out @eth well if you can do that, just get patches maybe ? I was on over 40 a day glad youre getting something from it

Re: Ditching the Ciggers

yeah just getting impatient for the non monetary benefits @eth lol well guess i dont stink so much anymore god knows how bad I was before, nicotine stains nearly worn of fingers from not smoking, left them there to remind me. Well theyll be gone soon. Also getting horrible gunk from nose, think my hearing getting better already tho not kidding

Re: Ditching the Ciggers

Last time I used patches I went completely manic @TAB so I won't risk it again.  And champix is contraindicated for ppl like me with bipolar 1 too.  But I do have a small amount of nicotine in the juice in my vape (e-cig) so it's satisfying me more than when I had the nicotine-free version.  That one just made me crave the real thing more.

Amazing re hearing improvement.  You must be really detoxing atm.

Re: Ditching the Ciggers

oh, sorry, you did say that. Forgot. umm hearing might be imagined but dont think so @eth  yes sleeping during day and like a log a night re detoxing

Re: Ditching the Ciggers
