I was smoking around 40 /day towards the end @GezzaP  think way more some days when drinking. I had experience with patches  working in gas plant at karratha. 

still the same,just start with w stronger patches, can find out what strenght to take think had gum and lollythings not sure if could find spray.i was serious lol

if you use patches, just dont feel like smoking . i was on nites onjob , 2am would feel like a cig (sacked and banned for life if caught) then see patch was coming off, so put another one one lol then turns off craving again

Patches don’t work for me @TAB . Need tablets to block urge or get really strong and go cold turkey.

hmm , just cold over night. not that cold at all really. later in year I dont light fire unless in single digits. ok 21 max here today, house still holding heat from fire last night. its sunny though. Just msg from hardware. my gasket kits for handbasin drain are here. i just switched out wooden chest tv was on for 'new' wooden tv unit despite clutter. I ended up sliding one over the other afte pulling chest out . Chest in bedroom now, not in final place as should shift furniture like been planning to for like 2 years. taking up too much space atm. want one side of bed next to wall. I like sleeping against wall when was in last caravan @GezzaP 

so I might be done for the day after that. need shower. could wash sheets

Well done you @TAB you got some stuff done. Sheets wouldn’t dry here if I washed them now. It’s supposed to be 21 here but it’s still only 17. My house is cold got oodie over my legs. I had a shower and washed my hair this morning. Puss has finally settled in her hammock at the top of her cat tree. Putting off having a smoke atm. I know all about clutter.
