It is a pleasure @Sophia1, it's funny you answered when I just couldn't, it was too much for me at the time, so the fact that you were able to is a testament to your beautiful character.

By the time I went back I was "strong enough" to be able to add something that was hopefully of some help 🤞 

Don't forget that you can revisit  threads when you feel safe to do so hunny. Noone expects you to respond immediately, especially when it's been triggering for you.

You need to fill your cup first.

my foot is still in alot of pain, im going for some further testing tomorrow to hopefully rule out anything more sinister so should get results on wednesday. the rest of my health is not good, its a constant battle physically between digestive issues, allergies, and all the rest but trying my best.

Studying is only recent, maybe only like 2 months now so its still new. i dont expect anyone to keep up so all is ok!
you can ask whatever you like too btw, ill do my best to answer whatever your asking about

Do you feel  okay about reminding me what happened to your foot?

I remember the struggles that you endured with allergies; hormones.

Are you gluten and lactose intolerant?

I am so happy for you to hear that you have started study even if only 2 months ago. One can do so much in 2 months.

Have your family  relationships improved or at least settled for you so that you can get on with your own living?

Yes I saw that both you and Clawde had recently discovered my conversations with @HenryX on my other thread. He is a very wise and kind friend. I value his input and advice. He and I seem to have a lot in common so I relate to him very strongly. I only wish we could be real life friends.
