@Cuddlebear at the moment I'm just sitting on my lounge with a blanket and my wheat bag chatting to a friend. Glad the results are ok other than the elevated heart rate which hopefully the beta blocker helps. I was given several different ones to try which unfortunately never helped, I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia. Hope the heart stress test tomorrow goes ok sweet ❤️

@Dreamy That’s so good you are having a chat with a friend while snuggling. I hope it’s helping release nice gentle happy vibes.
Is there anything that does help for you re sinus tachycardia? Is it caused from anxiety? My GP thinks mine is likely caused by anxiety / complex PTSD anxiety but he’s doing other heart checks just in case it’s something else too.

@Blackcloud Yay does a little dance. That’s wonderful I’m really proud of you. I reckon you’ve got this in the bag and what an excellent mark for 1st assignment! Treat yourself!

@Cuddlebear it's nice to be chatting to them, they make me smile 😊.
Unfortunately it's not just anxiety and they haven't been able to work out exactly what's causing it yet. But no nothing has helped even when they used the medication to stop my heart to see if it would revert back to a normal rhythm. Fingers crossed all the tests come back normal for you sweet ❤️

@Dreamy I’m so glad your friend brings a smile to your face. You deserve to feel happy and loved. 🥰
It can take a while to pinpoint what is causing the faster heart rate. And then once that is discovered working out what treatment might help. Wow I didn’t even know that a heart could be stopped and rebooted. I’m sorry it didn’t help though as I imagine procedure would be scary. I do hope that there’s other tests you can access that might help and that are not invasive. Elevated heart rate isn’t fun to live with and the extra adrenaline can impact & affect mental health for some people.
Yes I’m hoping tomorrow’s tests go well. I’ve never had a heart stress test before.

It sounds like you are finding some really lovely ways to warm and nourish yourself @Dreamy.
What veggies and how do you season them? 🤔
I am doing well! I have been in a state of reflecting and journaling this week - there's always more to learn and process. 🧘♀️

I'm good @Cuddlebear! It must have been cooler in my neck of the woods this morning... but it's warmer now - just went for a little walk and coffee run. ☕️ What coffee do you have?
What's making things feel panicky and sad? 💛

@AuntGlow Congratulations on the move and new place. How are you finding it? I’m moving on Monday and I’m exhausted from all the organising. Moving is such a huge job.
Did you move far from where you were? My move is within the same suburb. 🙂
