You made it through @Wanderer and that is important. It is over and done with now and you can look back and praise yourself for dealing with it and making it through.
Despite it being traumatic for you it is something that you have achieved by coming out the other side okay - so be proud of yourself for that

SO much all at once @Wanderer That is super tough. Just take each event as it comes - get through that and then deal with the next one as it comes up. Often we become so focussed on the amount of diffivult situations that are coming up that we don't see them in isolation from each other. Each one is a different situation to get through and you might even find that there are parts you enjoy and that is a huge bonus.
