Had a beautiful walk with my support worker in a local state park.

Giving him heaps of clues about good things to do with his 4 kids.

It was nice to see your comment about the walk with your support worker in the park. From your brief descrption, it appeared that the walk was pleasant, freshening and somehow releasing for you.

To me that was evident from the description you gave of passing on to him your thoughts of what may be helpful in his interactions with his children. A lovely feeling to be able to be in a space where we are able to offer something of ourselves freely to another person.
