I know crazy is gooood. I don't like it when I can't be. I think it must be lovely moment to savour listening to your sun composing music. Is it classical, it modern? I could sit & listen with full heart.

The pigeons are my music here at house I'm retreating. Huge trees, lots of different birds singing all day.

Hi @StanD have been learning some cutting edge breathing techniques used in high altitude training.  I sat and watched a presentation for an hour and right at the end they were charging over US$300. Nobody can afford that so I checked out hypercapric hypoxia studies and a few you tube videos and was led to a site with trainers. Clicked on an Australian based trainers you tube channel and got a 10 week training course for free. I guess like most things you got to start at the beginning before you get into the juicy stuff but was so happy with this. It will build up my body's resilience, boost mitochondria and redblood cells, improve vitality and overall immunity.

Good to hear about your pigeons.  I talk to the birds. @StanD My son  is pretty classical in his  usic interests.  I encouraged all sorts and rock etc .. he liked Muse and Radiohead when he was in teens but then went even more purist classical than me.  Had a lot of tradies through house in last few days.  It is not my son's forte, but had a guy today who is keen and will do some painting and heavy gardening for me.  So thats great.  Bloomin car tho ... gotta a Vicroads letter saying they are suspending rego ... and I sent form in snail mail ... so gotta go in person today.

Hello @Appleblossom not much news to report except in my previous post to @StanD.  Have been doing some astrology and have plans for housework on Saturday.  Your place sounds like its getting an overhaul. I used to paint houses when I was younger. My Dad was forever doing HI. I did up a few places when I was renting. I guess it made the landlord happy.  Will squeeze a walk in this afternoon. Still ploughing through this book on the subconscious mind and how to get more out of life. Its a classic book and a beautiful read. Wishing you a laid back afternoon...

pay is crap and some jobs dont sound that easy , so see how it goes. Cos near rail need super dooper rail medical although 2nd category not first , but still doubt would pass it. anyway see what happens hey ?
