I dunno @TAB youre not depressed but feeling yuk.  Sometimes if I'm feeling off I check the Schumanns resonance.  The electromagnetic frequencies can make me not feel the best. 

Thats amazing you had a reunion with friend, glad you hooked up with them.  Yes people can go through dramatic transformations with a health and appearance overhaul. 

Anyway got something else ticked off the list for today. I have put things away and did my energy practices.

.this is the most have followed afl in years @StuF  but I reckon its crap, its like upsets are the norm. teams used to be more consistent. like teams around bottom regularly knocking off top 4 teams , guess some people say thats good , rather see bottom teams get caned consistently lol...

yes, def been spring in my mind with light over the last week, seems so bright.. still cold tho. if get on shower now and go for walk think today is a 'Win' .. lol  loving my airfryer , just did bacon in it so quick plus crispy lol ok bacon banned now til after medical, see if can 'shift the scales' just a touch over next 12 days to medical ha ha lol anything would help
