thanks re last interview. it was yesterday. went ok I think. other place never got back to me after going on the offensive and trying to pick holes in my resume

Guess depends whether they want someone or not  this place didnt do that w same resume. there are ways around things if you want to get through. like my experience is just out of date (ish) now so this latest place ust said we will send you a form to set out experience on next week.

after being forced to confront what I actually look like, well and no tech probs except volume at start it went well. I made fun of how I felt about my looks at the start and did a show at end with a 'phew'and wiping brow with big smile on face. To which they replied dont worry, you did really well"

am from blue collar background, sometimes they read yr resume and offer work, white collar seems to have layers on layers and take weeks. I was told someone else will ring me next week and that there will also be paperwork to do for 'currency' of my skills.yes, required by legislation.
