I spent too much on that kind of stuff.. went thru a 25 pack of rivets and had to go buy more, course Bunnings didn't have same size.. drill bits.. screws..

At least I didn't buy the $25 mistint can, used 3/4 of a can of one I got out of a skip

Yeh paint crazy expensive. Pretty much used all this paint in one wheelbarrow so 25 wouldnt have been worth it

okay  @plasmo  had can of paint @repco lined up to get w voucher, prob sold out now, took too long to get there was $10  was going to re-spray poxy red steel jerrycan bought to Army green

I never got in with the cheap spray cans, did a cafe table once with rustoleum and I could have got away with one coat.. went to spray 2 plastic bits with a cheap one and spent ages faffing around

yeah plastic needs dift primer and to be roughed up a bit first think @plasmo
