After I got sick I really struggled to do my job @PeppyPatti . I was relieved when I was able to take a redundancy package and retire. But now my physical and mental health is deserting me as I age. I am worried about not sleeping and flipping from depression into mania which is more dangerous. I should go to bed. The footy tonight is one sided and boring. I use footy to try to distract myself. I am thinking of contacting my friend in the US. I am waiting for her to wake up properly. After that I will go to bed and try to sleep.

are you eligible for government teeth hospital in your state. Ive been there a few times there and I think you are a perfect candidate friend.

I have always had great pride that I was working as a carer in the metropolitan area and house cleaner. My good pride is that iv had 40 years of psychotherapy. 

I’m very proud of you that you chose you when offered a redundancy package - for my brother - it’s like he lives in the shadow of my Mums narcassism. I do not understand why he chooses to fight for his stupid job ——- why ? Is the deal that some early 20s person is going to throw confetti on him for a year ? I love him and everything, he struggles with his mental health too. 
anyways we don’t need to worry about that anymore.

Thanks @PeppyPatti . I’m struggling to relax and go to sleep. I slept late this morning and am stressed out hence why I’m still awake. This is not normal for me. Rang my friend in the US. She posted a photo of me and said guess who? An amazing amount of people thought it was her. I recognised me straight away and posted some other photos of me on the post just to confuse people even more. Posted photos of me aged 0-2 years, another in 1991 and about 20 years ago age 43. We had a good laugh about that. Well I should try to sleep now. Hope you sleep. Puss is on my legs.
