ha , I already threw some out could do lots more if accept cant lose w eight @GezzaP  I lasted a whole 4 days on 12wk plan think was taking it too far.I had cut out all bad foods normally have, cut portion sizes, cut out alcohol and sugary drinks and was counting wat ate. think just cut bad stuff out maybe. will revisit it tomorrow. maybe resume, maybe 'pause' it done washing. damp clothes strewn all over machine and other parts of laundry /porch wasnt going out in sun to hang it out lol

Oh is it hot up your way @TAB ? . Do you have an indoor clothes horse you could hang the clothes on? I do, in fact I have two. I could lend them to you. But you’ll have to pick them up. Ha ha. I knew there was a secret reason I showered today.

Thanks for the smile link @SmilingGecko . I have private hospital and extras but struggle to afford it. It is so expensive. A total rip off like all insurance.

I managed to shower and wash my hair eventually this morning @AuntGlow . It’s been a while since I last showered. Credit Union is not changing old BSB straight away apparently. I rang my psychiatrist didn’t find her much help but made another appt for next week. Also made appt for eye test - I have cataracts developing apparently but it is not having a major impact just yet. However I’m struggling to read small print even with my reading glasses on. The joys of aging. I have hearing aids but the stupid things fall out so I don’t use them yet. I can hear ok still without them. Suspect got ripped off with them. Thinking of applying for NDIS support but worried by coming changes. It is warm here today 27. My post-menopausal body doesn’t know whether my house is hot or cold. I keep changing temperature. My cat has just come in. She makes me get up to open the door for her instead of using cat door. Little devil. Haven’t slept well for last two nights and worried I’ll flip over from depression to mania. Excuse the rant. Aging sucks.

@GezzaP Yes insurance is a rip off. I think I only get $30 off acupuncture with extras which costs me $120. NDIS is being dismantled and is being handed back to the states. I think someone on here mentioned it might revert to council home help the way it used to be. I've seen the largesse of NDIS, it really needs to be essential services only none of the extravagance that it used to be.

I know what is happening with NDIS @SmilingGecko . But thought I might try to get on it anyway. At least until the new rules come into effect. It looks like a complex process. Lots of forms and plans to map out. But maybe worth a go. I’m not old enough yet to get an aged care home care plan. Just looking for some extra help.
