Monday was a longass day.
I set a Personal Best Project record and found the most economic laundrette on my trajectory. 90’s Rock on the drive home. #winning

Took me ages to wind down. Had a two part sleep. Both enjoyable.

Waves of fatigue keep rolling in, because I’m not moving.

Psychologist appointment in two hours. Thank goodness it’s Zoom.

@GezzaP just had a shower and my stash of supplements have arrived via DHL from my favorite vitamin company that has no fillers, no dilution just a pure product that delivers. So excited! Got some Bee Propolis, Zinc, Lemonbalm and Liposomal Vitamin C. All set for winter.

Saw something on 60 minutes the other day about a Traditional Housewife who says other women are jealous of her and she has to stay slim to keep a husband and cook a 5 course dinner for him EVERY DAY. No joke. Husband will not have her if shes fat. A trophy wife thats obviously being exploited. Even Germaine Greer got involved. I dont think she knew how to handle this attractive young woman. I think its the way the economy is stoking womens fear of economic insecurity that they devolve into a version of themselves that harks from yesteryear. Seeing a lot about "new man, new woman" and Trad Housewives since the pandemic.

Bugger being that woman @SmilingGecko . I refuse to be a slave to any man. I am my own self and happy that way. Made my last and final boyfriend do the cooking if he wanted cooked meals. I hate cooking most of the time.

My back and neck hurt today and I have a headache. Took painkillers. Might try a hydralyte and do my physio exercises.

Thats good to hear you are doing ok but i know you had a lot on your mind lately @GezzaP All these annoying things happening huh? At least you are home and are settled now after these rattling experiences. I hope your trend of bad luck ends soon I really do! You deserve some peace and happiness

rant away @GezzaP, sometimes it's all you need to do t feel a little bit better. And I am pretty sure we've all ranted at some point - I know I have!

I hope the appointment went well and you're booked in for eye fix. Sorry you had to sack your useless carer, but sounds like the best thing.

My moron neighbour ranted at me about our boundary fence again, he's miffed because I contacted the rangers about his dogs. He told me to tell my wife to stop teasing his dogs. My bro and I laughed at that. He reckons his wife can see my wife teasing the dogs - my bro said that's amazing, because he and I have never seen my wife!! The man sounds like one of those men who believes women should only leave the kitchen to do the laundry...
