c@Meowmy I may not know you personally but I have seen your interactions here in Forumland and think that your client is a numpty. I actually had another word (rhymes with stitch) for her but I am trying to cut down on swearing. 

You would have given the utmost in care and service and I feel like you would go above and beyond in what you do.

As a former Telstra call centre team member and team leader I got my share of complaints (one young girl threatened to sic her boyfriend on me, another threatened to get me fired and sued) so I feel you.

I'm sure you know this already but you did nothing wrong and the client will probably feel guilty once she realises how low she went.

You are good people Meowmy, I feel I can speak for many here in the forum when I say how admired and respected you are.

@TAB yeah insurance won't pay for the fence as they deem it still okay and because it is still standing, albeit with a lean and a few large holes in it I have to pay for it. The dipstick neighbour was really petty and while he gave his address as 68A whatever street, the mud map he drew includes 70 whatever street. I believe he owns both properties so I am going to be my usual stubborn self and get a quote for 68A only.

He also complained that I "tease the dogs" which bro and I laughed about. I put in a complaint about his dogs barking all day and night so he's snotty about that.

Are you feeling better now or still blah?

@StuF hey, you're probably right but it always made me feel better if I thought the twats that abused me over the phone would be feeling silly and guilty for what they'd said and done! Lol!
