Good Morning @GezzaP hope youre feeling well. Got the front door open and can smell ozone from the ocean. Some days its more potent than others but choppy weather often makes the air smell full of ozone. I dont get out to the beach but when my partner and I had a dog we would go walking across the shoreline together. The only good thing that came out of that relationship was the dog. When I wasn’t sleeping as well and got up earlier I used to walk along the shore path too. @SmilingGecko My back is good today applying heat until it gets too hot in the afternoon. Glad you are well.

I take all my supps in the morning @SmilingGecko . I slept until 6.15 today.

Mum had friends from the eastern states who split up, she said the hubby moved to Margs specifically for the drugs!
