@TAB I roast the beets then put it through the blender and add the rest of ingredients. When I've cooked it its never turned out pink in the waffle maker. A bit disappointing. You would think it was pink but its brown once its cooked!

Ok got request for info a week after interview not heard back since Monday. Got goitre on wats left of thyroid .appt w specialist in dec. Also procedure re throat.

Its no good @TAB Mine was subclinical - nothing came up on tests, but I had all the symptoms plus raspy voice (nodules) which my doctor kind of noticed last time before tests were done but didn't investigate further. If nothing comes up on tests they don't do anything. Last year was really difficult putting up with it. I was not online with the forums. I used that book we both have on thyroid healing with the artichoke on it. I did most of the protocols and no longer have symptoms ❤️

@TAB s  hows your legs doing?  hope they are behaving themselves.  yeah im okay just bought somemore of those sexy gold womens compression tights.  still struggling with weight but down two dress sizes so am happy with that x

@TAB s my mother had a goitre and they took the darn thing out and it was precancerous.  why did they leave part of thyroid there TAB?

Worry about legs but nothing bad again yet. Wear stockings, look after mouldy toenails and split heels @Bunniekins  I'd not seen gold I may go black next time

@TAB s  i meant to say old not gold lol!   black would be cool though.  how long have yours lasted. mine only 6 months and have split at the back. so had to buy new ones today $200.00 ffs
