it would be so good if I turned strong and resilient through this painful experience of betrayal by previously trusted parent figure.

@Meowmy sweetheart the pain of injustice and betrayal by someone you trusted and loved is a horrible experience.
You have experienced it more than once.

I wish there was a way to take that hurt away.

It doesn’t negate what this person did for you as a child. They must be feeling shame, because they haven’t contacted you to discuss the situation.

I really, truly hope that they take some steps to resolve this matter with you.

• bought tops and pants
• went to supermkts.
• got measuring cups  and spoons
• took oil to supercheap
• take radiator and fuel can to reycling , they asked for licence , police camers took pic, there was a police height strip on wall ha ha , @StuF  been taking too much copper there ha ha jk lol
• home, shopping inside, some put away.

Sweating. got fan on.

yes not unheard of the get low to mid 30s in april here, but like once a week or fortnight lol 30 every day again like few weeks ago. that's good re exercising @SmilingGecko
