Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

I never married @SmilingGecko . No kids. Like my own company most of the time. Having a drink. Trying to unwind for a nap.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@PeppyPatti It sure helps meeting others who can understand where i'm coming from. Feels far less lonely.

@TAB @GezzaP @SmilingGecko @ENKELI

My wife and me are at a real cross roads. She ran of me expressing my hurt in counselling and everything collapsed for us both after that. i realise i am far to hurt by all that has been happening to face the situation as is, and need to break away from the relationship altogether for a bit. so decided to go visit my mum who is at the end of her life and i have not seen for more than 6 years. However i have to heal enough to travel to Europe, not there yet by a long shot . But the immense pressure trying to keep going has stopped and this is helping me heaps. I have had not even one anger bout. Deep grief, but that is healthy, and my wife although herself also deeply hurt backs up my decision and will wait until i get back, when i go and when i come back.

A sad day for us both.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Sorry to hear this @DownMoreThanUp it must come as a devastating realisation to you. I hope you can pace yourself through this difficult set of circumstances and get adequate rest right now. It sounds tiring what you have been through. I hope there is light at the end of the tunnel. You sound like a very feeling and compassionate person faced with a situation with no seeming resolution regarding your partner. I hope you are met with kindness and clarity in your attempts to settle this issue in a conscious way. I sense you are doing your best and that is all that should be required given the difficulty you are facing

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Oh hope you are hsnging in there @DownMoreThanUp .

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@SmilingGecko @TAB  excuse my silence. Went up to letter box and have been writing a letter to a friend in the US. Had a 15 minute power nap too.

I can’t get the radio program on bipolar to work @SmilingGecko . Just took my last hay fever tablet. Have to get some more tomorrow or Sunday. Want to go to post office so will try to go tomorrow before massage.

Can now walk relatively pain free which is great. Seems the chiropractor in combination with rife frequency has worked to ease my back pain.

Have been drinking lime water all day @SmilingGecko  and something a bit stronger @TAB . Only had one.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@GezzaP @SmilingGecko A lot of grief and the nausea has been bad but i do feel much calmer. Back in control of the situation would be a better way of putting it. i just couldn't go the way things are. i had to let go.

@TAB @PeppyPatti @ENKELI @heartathome @Appleblossom @Realness

Today i can see more clearly than ever how bad our situation is. Me suppressing my anger, and modifying my needs and wants, for us two to be, and my wife having done the same thing, both for many years, has wrecked us both. We going to have to find ourselves back again first, and then see what can be done about us.

Sadly no conclusions or predictions are possible right now.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Just one lime drink per day after listening to Rife should suffice you dont want to wreck the enamel on your teeth @GezzaP. You should be ok but dont drink lots of it one cup is enough. Dont brush your teeth straight after or you will make it worse. I'm so glad to hear you arent in pain with your back anymore now you just got to get some sleep. I tell you those acupressure points for insomnia are some of the most powerful sequences I have tried and I've followed all kinds of methods to get off to a good nights sleep. I know they worked on me almost as effectively as seeing my GP acupuncturist for treatment for insomnia. I keep this in my selfcare toolkit for that very reason! 😉

Acupressure for Insomnia - 6 Key Points - Check out our Insomnia Protocol. Research has demonstrated that sleep plays a significant role in the inflammatory process and general immune function. That is why insomnia (lack of sleep) is linked to a wide range of health problems, such as diabetes ...

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Thanks but it’ll be a late night with my footy team starting so late won’t set alarm as early for tomorrow.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Enjoy your evening @GezzaP I'm off to meditate soon then turn in for the night. Feeling like I'm falling asleep allready

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

I caught a 15 minute cat nap before the news and game @SmilingGecko . Sleep well.
