@GezzaP I realise you are not open to this New York Times Best Selling author. I use his protocols successfully like many other people around the world. Maybe one day you will give it a go. I will leave it for now. I know you dont want to be perturbed with with the burden of mental illness but I hope one day you will be ok just like me and think why didnt I try this sooner ❤️

@PeppyPatti I dont eat trans fats so this "bacon" is so much healthier! I try and keep fats down so it doesnt burden my liver so my liver can do its job
