Back is a better @SmilingGecko . The worse thing is my neck and the associated headache. IT guy didn’t bring a new modem that I asked for. Indeed he had been told my internet wasn’t working wrong on all counts. Now I have to ring again to request a new modem. I am not impressed why don’t these people listen properly. Got some admin stuff to do first thing tomorrow. Too worn out for today to do anything else I think.

I found this Taoist exercise for older folk whose chi is minimal and cant walk for exercise, its also good for the chinese year of the fire horse. The universe is dry this year of the fire horse so our bodies will be naturally dry. This traditional chinese medical doctor says you can do this to build chi and moisture in the body. I tried it and felt immeasurably better and will include it as part of my morning practice. I want to look healthy just like the lady in the video!

@GezzaP sorry this has happened to you. It must be terribly frustrating! I guess they come back again. How annoying for you. All this mess you have to put up with.  I hope that this company youre with resolves the problem soon. You could be a keyboard warrior and give them a narky review lol! 😤

Oh ok @SmilingGecko . Headache finally stopping. At last. What a relief. Curled up in the warm under my oodie. Should read some mail and surgery document but can’t be bothered doing anything else today.

Apperently they mail the modem to you and you’re supposed to set it up yourself.

@GezzaP i was mailed a modem and techie from my ISP set it up. You may want to double check facts. I was given the option of doing it myself or having a techie come by. Ring them again say you are not good with technology and would prefer someone to come by and install it. It will cost you extra money though that is what happened to me. Feeling full of warm bubbling energetic chi here with new Taoist practices! Loving it.

of days.  He has hurt his back and is miserable atm. 7

It would save a callout fee @GezzaP I hope this is the end of all the rubbish youve had to contend with.  It seems like youre turning the corner, you should be right as rain really soon! I think handling it tomorrow is a good idea. Just listening to health audios at the moment to detox
