Morning @SmilingGecko . I got 4.5 hours sleep. Feel ok. Was hoping for another hour or two, but don’t feel sleepy. Will walk up shop and water garden. Also going to transplant s cactus offshoot this morning.

Morning @AuntGlow . I slept nearly 9 hours last night so much better. Feel good. Hope you are well.

I removed my credit card from paypal so cannot spend any money on it. Have to learn to control my spending when manic. I’m working on it.

i have acupuncture this morning for my back and neck and associated headaches. Is within walking distance so will walk. Will do physio exercises too.

Gardener/cleaner coming today so have to remember to open shed for jim before I go out.

Have been walking more last few days back not as sore now.

Cataract surgery 4th June and 2nd July.
