@TAB hey tabby, yea should be thankful things are not any worse. On mother's day   I was crying all day non stop and on forum in room . After that somehow feel stronger and not care about crazy stiff as much.  Today is mild ha comparatively

my oldest brother went through a crumbling mess of his identity - he had a lightbulb moment that my mother scapegoats me - I saw him on Friday - he kept on trying to catch my eye and smile but his face was white
