Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB hey tabby, getting ready to go out soon. Have a good night. Take care

Re: Tabaluga's

You? Evil? Surely not! @TAB

Just lovable and maybe a tad mischievous....

Re: Tabaluga's

@SmilingGecko not having a TV isn't a downfall! The only time I watch free to air is when I'm at my mums'. It's a smart move on your part.

I have Foxtel and watch true crime, animal programmes or home improvement shows.

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB hey tabby, got to restaurant.  Too early. Just waiting in the car. Hope you're okay

Re: Tabaluga's

@TAB make sure you keep moving so that everything doesn't seize up. That was always my problem, I would want to rest up after treatment and then my physio told me that is the worst thing you can do. Hot shower and light exercise.

Do you have more treatments planned? I am waiting for my inheritance so that I can actually afford to get physio or chiro. Darned lawyer I swear he and my Narcissister are deliberately holding things up 😠

I hope the weekend goes well for you 🙂

Re: Tabaluga's

Hey @Meowmy , I'm around here whenever I get the chance. Always nice to check in with people and catch up.

Re: Tabaluga's

@Taali @TAB good old BEX - have a BEX and a good lie down. We still use that line as a joke.
As you said Taali, one of the ingredients was linked to kidney damage and found to possibly be carcinogenic so it was banned. It was basically painkillers [edited by moderator], caffeine and the banned drug [removed by moderator] which metabolised in the body to create pain killer [edited by moderator]

Mind you, coke was full of c*** [edited by moderator] back in the old days too!!

Re: Tabaluga's

Taking a bit of a risk here dear @moderator I hope this is okay.

I have used an Asian product [edited by moderator] which is a smallish patch placed on skin near painful or aching areas. Smells a little like deep heat but nowhere near as overpowering odourwise.

I first discovered this little helper in Vietnam but it can be bought in just about any Asian grocery store. (cheap too)

Might help.

Cheers, Taali   💙

Re: Tabaluga's

Zaatar... so delicious. https://www.feastingathome.com/zaatar-spice-recipe/

It's made of herbs and sesame. You add olive oil, make it a paste, then put it on a dough to make a zaatar pizza. It's really good for you and it has this somewhat tangy taste.

A lebanese lady I know makes it from scratch and sends me the powder. I then add olive oil and put it on pizza bases or on crackers. Lately, I've been having it with fried egg. @Taali

Re: Tabaluga's

Yeah, knew about the Coke thing.
The things we learn hey?
