How did the appointment with employment support and your psychologist go?
And what was your highlight from the week?

This week was very busy with work for me! I do some hospitality work on the side as well. ☺️ I also went to a friend's birthday and I made sure to fit in my pilates routine too because I feel sooo much better when I am making time for movement. 💃

haha well, AuntGlow stems from the term 'Agony Aunt', because I really like the style of writing/connection that magazines and blogs often have. They can be quite conversational and relatable, which is my intention here on the forums! I wanted to reframe the name into something lighter and more hopeful too - hence 'glow'. ✨ Thank you for asking. 🫶

Morning @AuntGlow yes I know I’m awake early but I went to sleep early. Slept for nearly 6 hours. Feeling good and hypomania has gone. Several chores this morning - wash hair, walk up shop, make spanakopita and sort rest of clothes to see what doesn’t fit anymore to give to charity. Hope you are well and sound asleep atm..

cr@p sleep but too much sleep, gut still out of sorts , not as bad as was, but persisting. Having cup of tea and meds then back to bed. see if wake up better next time lol . had a/c on a few times last night. couldnt get warm enough. Putting cat out I saw fog in light of streetlights and instantly felt cold. started a govt job appt yest afternoon , skipped instructions . then got to bit saying address criteria .. if had read that would not have applied ha ha. I had even re-scanned one doc as pathetic site would not accept a .jpg file coughed all night w mystery chronic cough as well , yay 

I prob should see a doctor sooner than later.

Back to bed.

Hope you get back to sleep and your gut is better @TAB Soaking a pot here. Will get in shower directly after warming up bathroom - it’s cold here this morning. Sorted clothes hot one item to go to charity bin near shop.

That’s good Tabby @TAB . I showered, washed my hair and had coffee. Had breakfast too. Waiting for some light so I can clean kitty litter. A bit cold here this morning. Need to scrub a pot as want to use it again. Then will walk up the shop and water pots. Have a goid day. Up to anything today?
