@GezzaP not a problem. I have been resting as my BP is too high. Listened to rife and using my blood laser. Have acupuncture scheduled for next week and seeing my regular GP.

Oh rest up the n @SmilingGecko . When I had the blood pressure monitor in it was an average of 117 over 80. I’m having it tested again in July. The mark on my arm has faded. Maybe I just knocked it. I’ll be watching footy in the afternoon and evening. Have to shower and go to shop tomorrow. Hope you have a relaxing day.

slept a lot thanks @Meowmy  going to sleep more. cant believe how sore I am from walking ok day after gym, but yeah. i used to do gym once a week and not walk at all .would take me days to get over it. think rest til monday now anyway, ha

yes, life can be all sorts of things if you let it.Must be hard living with mother who helped it.
