Ive been on BP meds for years now @SmilingGecko  its a one way street, bad for kidneys etc,also does not stop circulation problems

@TAB yes im on a bp med but its not that effective doc wanted me on another bp med on top of the other. Kidney function test came back a bit poorer so have been trying to heal my kidneys since then. Got to get some more supps and maybe drink cucumber juice. I allready take something which is good for kidneys. Really feeling the entropy! Lol

glad to hear it’s sorted @TAB . More wood? I would love a fire but wouldn’t he able to chop wood. I have ducted reverse cycle turned it on a few times this morning. Mind have a dessert red drink later.

Oh glad to hear your bp has come down

@SmilingGecko . My cat nearly always sleeps on my bed. I did lots of Spanish this morning. Think I’ll read a novel this afternoon. Got a new kindle last week that I haven’t set up yet because the suport for my old kindle is going to end. Don’t see why works perfectly fine.

lost count of how many dift ones I tried til they settled on something @SmilingGecko  re BP meds. apparrently thats common, also they just do not work on some people yes , I am on a combination med. 2 things in one pill

I should change filter in water jug too. I just use for kettle and coffee machine, but had some straight and room temp yest , as a bit icky/chloriny, gosh knows how old filter is. time for it to go, seems. might try and record dates this time. ok for drinking water I buy it.  filter gets rid of taste, but not everything
