@GezzaP coffee now, eat something, cant take blood thinners and gulped iboprufen for toof. shave and a shower me thinks , which will involve a precursory wipe/scour of shower after dumping cleaner on it yest ah ah .once gym and xray out of way thinking bottlo ha ha ..think going for back up coffee. its sort of strong but doesnt taste like it as like near 70mls milk psych p'ing me off , going to have to remind them not seen them in a while . I do wonder if they would make appt if i said nothing ?not sure
