I dont know if you people are up to speed but my solar panels made explosive noises on the roof last night. I've contacted the solar company but no reply. Spoke to consumer affairs and she told me she would get back to me after hearing from them today. She had concerns the house would catch fire. On Monday solar company said they were sending someone out on Friday to reset the inverter but I think its beyond that now - a potentially dangerous electrical wiring problem that requires immediate fixing. We'll see if they turn up tomorrow but in the meantime I have put together a bug out bag if the house catches fire and I need to evacuate quickly. I heard so many horror stories about solar power and this is just another one of them. If worse comes to worse I will be taking them to court
