@GezzaP ive been up early this morning been so glad having no back pain with my weakened back seizing up again. I read that pathogens or viruses like herpes virus or epstein barr virus attach to the spine and inflame the nerves or the generalised area causing pain i think it was. I was a bit skeptical but followed more vigorous protocols from healer Anthony William and now i no longer have back pain even if my back feels weak. Saves the inconvenience and trips to the chiro. Im done with chiros

I was up really early @SmilingGecko . Was hoping to sleep in since my footy team plays tonight. Guess I’ll have to try to nap for a couple of hours in the afternoon. Yay acupuncture this morning.

Going to put heater on in the bathroom soon so I can shower without getting cold. Puss won’t be happy with me as she is on my lap. Have a good day.
