I very  rarely  sleep  through  @SmilingGecko  either  bladder or thirst or cat or pain or just can't sleep.

@TAB I had tests done and the GP said it was ageing waking up in the middle of the night to go to bathroom. Nothing came back on tests up until recently, got to go back for quarterly bloodwork. I really understand how you must feel with that going on. It isnt exactly the best is it?

@TAB hey tabby, thinking back those extreme anxious days ha. Just terrified  and unable to get pass. Stuck in catatonic state of terror and fear of no way out of no no possibility of light, warmth and love. Those nights of terror alone stiff and stuck in agony for hours. Longest twenty hours. Non sleep terror. Got better after runs of it. Ha. Getting a bit better now.

@ENKELI  before you put a plant in the garden, do garden bed preparation. Soil preparation is ESSENTIAL for your garden to survive summer.

List:

Avoid phosphate

Seaweed concentrate

soil wetting agent.

Bail of straw if possible.

Method:

Turn the soil over.

Add the ingredients - like a scene from Hamlet. Witch’s hat for aesthetic 

Water in.  Return hose to backyard.

Turn soil over again.

Small ground covers at the front.
