@Jynx Yes it is very debilitating and everyday is survival not living at all. 

I checked out Wellways. Looks like a good call line but no chat function. If I use NRS (deaf phone service) there’s a third person the relay officer which makes it impossible as I don’t want an extra person involved in the conversation. But thank you. It’s something I can recommend to others.

got heater and wood heater on here , ok dift rooms.  trying to dry sheets. hadnt washed in months .always wanted a nap first then no time for drying ha ha

had to give quick soak plus used hot water and drained first lot of water as filthy  ah ha ahha plus extra time for washing 

I just ordered another cotton blanket . i like to put ontop of sheet. i used to sweat a lot. dont anymore guess hormones , ha. last one 1/4 thickness and half size was from china ha ha got robbed. cat sleeps on it lol
