Oh dear, no good about the heat tomorrow @TAB its going to warm up here too next month. I am focussing on getting some order in the house this month. Mercury is going rx in my 4th house astrologically (4th H = Home) so going over essential stuff that needs to be done, things requiring repair and cleaning in general. My house tends to swallow up things

Are you going to still keep taking the Ozempic alternative med @TAB? The side effects don't sound good. I guess with any med you have to weigh the pros and cons, especially the cost. I was getting slower transit times and got backed up a bit on M*******n with my digestion. Do you think you are going to continue with it?

I have 2 more lots after this week, so am covered for next 3 weeks @SmilingGecko re wegovy.idrink half glass prune juice/day, take benefibre as told to by dr, plus couple prunes/day and try to eat veg more than I have been. not too bad if I keep ontop of it. lactose free milk helps seems

@TAB I was having lots of fruit/veg plus psyllium husk and barleygrass and it would not make much of a difference.
I looked up chromatherapy and blue solar water was documented as being good for constipation. I gave it a try using blue glass water bottles filled with water and never had problems since. Saved a lot of money on supps! I no longer need them and transit time is normal.
FYI I went with an online business that specifically sources blue glass from a manufacturer that gets lead out of the glass because otherwise it can leech into your water and make you ill. They then on-sell it to the general public with etchings on the glass to impregnate the water with sacred symbols. Yoga people, folk on the human potential circuit carry blue solar water, its used in a Hawaiian problem solving process called ho'oponopono.
Its been really good though. My initial thought was this can't be true but tried it for myself! Its incredible
