Everyone... thanks so much for this forum. So good to connect with you all.

 

Yeah... keeping my distance because of the cold.

 

Plus: it's forcing me to be more online- social, I'm sharing mental health tips to my network, who are suffering from anxiety- new to them, new situations call for new coping skills for the future, shit, but it's a silver lining, people are rhinking of ways to be inclusive to people who can't go out. I finally have an excuse to avoid the shops.

 

Con: I can't go to the nice things I booked into, I'm going downhill, my birthday is this week.
