yeah hearing that esp lately @Lee82  this is first time had any sleep before midnight in ages

hmm no, just after 12, didnt get to sleep til after 4 last couple nights, so have ditched most meds , nothings worth no sleep, then sleeping half the day after it I decided @Lee82  have been on nightshift if you want to come and say hello @plasmo  is there as well atm
