Re: Feeling caged up

@AuntGlow volunteering can be rewarding when you can feel the difference it’s made to someone. I struggle with the hard calls. Though most calls go okay, my mind focuses on the ones that don’t.

@GezzaP hypomania can take a while to settle. I hope it starts to settle soon

Re: Feeling caged up

Yes @creative_writer @AuntGlow ii will take a while for hypomania to settle. Hopefully not too long. More good sleeps should do the trick.

Re: Feeling caged up

Good to see you @GezzaP @creative_writer 🙂

Re: Feeling caged up

@GezzaP sleep always helps.

@GezzaP and @tyme super deregulated so with a helpline now

Re: Feeling caged up

Oh I hope you are ok @creative_writer hi @tyme

Re: Feeling caged up

Good on you for being able to reach out to helplines when you feel you need it @creative_writer  . That takes a lot of strength in itself.

Hope things ease for you.

Will you go to bed pretty soon after?

Re: Feeling caged up

@GezzaP it’s been rough, having a body flashback.

@tyme I know I’ve decided with my psych I won’t go into details, but I feel like I may need to say something about the flashbacks I get and how they make me feel. Even if I don’t go into a detailed explanation. I couldn’t join the webinar tonight, felt too overwhelmed. OCD thoughts are firing, flashbacks can trigger disgust. I see my psych again in two weeks, back to fortnightly appointments. I have dietician tomorrow morning. Usually go to bed by 10pm latest, just a bit longer to go.

Re: Feeling caged up

I’m sorry to hear you are struggling.  @creative_writer Best to talk to your psych I think.

Re: Feeling caged up

@GezzaP my mind is feeling stuck. Sometimes all we can do is try. Just a bit longer till I’m in bed. It’s hard trying to not think

Re: Feeling caged up

Yes it is hard to get thoughts out of your head @creative_writer . I’m going to bed now as I’m tired out from all the gsrdening I did today.
