Re: Feeling caged up

Yes. I am tired tonight just got into bed. @creative_writer

Re: Feeling caged up

@GezzaP I hope you sleep well tonight 💖

Re: Feeling caged up

Usually able to sit with it better than right now, it won’t stop, the discomfort won’t go away. I rather not be here than go through it over and over again. I’ve been trying to not get to this point. But going on feels hard. My mind is looking for a permanent escape. I’m going to bed right now before the urges get too much. I’m safe.

Re: Feeling caged up

@creative_writer Glad to hear you are safe!
Hope you had a restful night.

I slept for 7 hours:  That is great. I’m feeling much better.

Chinese acupuncture and massage worked wonders on my back. I think I’ll go back next week to get her to do a bit more work on my upper back which is still a bit tight.

I hope you have a better day today.

Re: Feeling caged up

@GezzaP doing better but it’s still a struggle.

Acupuncture and massage sound lovely, yes, both can provide pain relief. I hope your brain is quietening down.

Re: Feeling caged up

Glad to hear you are a bit better. @creative_writer

I’m ok because I slept for 7 hours again. Back and neck a bit achy today and had a headache earlier. Going back to acupuncture. Monday. Hungry going to start getting dinner.

Re: Feeling caged up

@GezzaP what are you having for dinner?

Re: Feeling caged up

@creative_writer I had a lamb chop with mashed potato and green beans. Nothing elaborate but tasty. Thinking of making a pizza tomorrow and thought I’d make some banana bread. See how it goes as I want to garden again. Also need to get some details for solar installers.

What did you have?

Re: Feeling caged up

@GezzaP sounds delicious.

I had chicken with coconut amino sauce, mixed greens and sweet potato. I also had a bit of bone broth.

Re: Feeling caged up

Oh @creative_writer very healthy. I’m allergic to coconut.
