Today, I went to hot pilates - a strength training class. Then I went to a local market and ate a savoury crepe with meatballs (so good). I also did some reading about Internal Family Systems/Counselling. Aaaand then I came back home to work.

That's understandable @Eve7. Some days you do have to go slow and simple, in fact, most days can benefit from this approach!

I  thought the degree would help me with coaching my athletic squad. It is really interesting but the physics I’m doing right now is rather challenging.

No need to apologise @Snowie . I’m good today although pdoc wasn’t convinced. I feel like I waste her time as I can’t get the right words out.
