I had to go to the chemist @Snowie and I now have 6 weeks worth of meds!!! That will certainly take up space in my luggage.

It’s 2 years today since my son passed from a cardiac arrest. Life goes on, time doesn’t heal.

We’re going to the beach to put a candle on the water. What else does a mother do? I’ll never be the same again. My heart is broken 💔

I am so incredibly sorry for the loss of your son - I can only begin to imagine how heavy that grief must continue to feel. 

Lighting a candle on the water sounds like such a beautiful way to honour him and I'm really grateful that you shared with us - as isolating as grief can feel, you're not alone.

Ah sorry @Eve7  well you have a couple more days to pack. Urgh medication when you travel, so complicated! 
I always worry about taking so many different meds into different countries. 
we are looking at going to Japan at some point…. Did you know you can’t take stimulant medication in just Willy nilly?  You have to apply to the government. 

it was definitely nice to be in my own bed with my own pillow. But I was very restless. I kept waking up. 

just had an Amazon delivery come which I put in yesterday… got myself a pair of cordless headphones and super short phone charging cables so I could use my power bank. Don’t need any of that now. 😩

I went out last night and bought a compliant power bank, day back pack, new charger and a few other bits and pieces. I keep spending money!!!

Sorry about your restless sleep @Bow  but glad you were in your own bed with your own pillow and other comforts.
