Am sorry to hear, @Lee71 , that's not good.

Does your night medication help you to sleep at all? How much sleep are you getting?

I'm struggling to get going today.

Sorry to hear you can't get going today.

My night meds are meant to help me sleep, but they haven't been working so good.

I average maybe 5-6 hours of broken sleep

@Lee71 thanks for explaining about your night meds. 

Broken sleep isn't good...especially if you're troubled by dark thoughts in the night. Do you find your thoughts are darker at night than in the daytime? Or is it all just one unrelieved time of misery?

I have them now, during the day but they seem to be worse at night.  not much I can do about it.

@Lee71 my thoughts were /are always worse in the nighttime too.

I think there is something you can do about it, in terms of increasing your meds via your GP...if you were willing?
