Hi @Lee71

DO you have any way to get the thoughts out of your head ... and out ... onto paper or some other medium?

This is a great idea @Lee71

And don't worry, I've never seen it written anywhere that you like dogs. It's nice that you do, though.

@Appleblossomthere is something I used to do that does help as a distraction and kimda helps with the thoughts.

I'm really glad and relieved to hear that there's something that helps, @Lee71

I actually hadn't realised until today that you suffered with paranoia 😞 @Lee71

I like dogs too, although I can be scared of some dogs...

Re: checking in

@NatureLoveryes I do. And many many other things,  I'm very broken.

I know, Lee, and I'm so very sorry.

I think it's no wonder you are broken, after a lifetime of abuse. 😞

No, I think there is always healing possible.

Re: checking in

Re: checking in

It was way back in introduction thread where you said 3 things about yourself.

@Lee71

It just helps open up getting to know people and not only get stuck in feeling there is no hope.

I mostly like other people's dogs, and yes dont like some.

It helped me to look at art, but only after a lot of getting the whirling thoughts out of head enough to be actually able to see ...

There is an idea .. we are all wounded healers.
